WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a  full refund. The items should be in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

You must Contact Us first before attempting to send anything back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Any item specifically marked as Non-Refundable
  • Products returned after 14 days of receipt
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Please following the steps below to process your return:

  1. Please leave a message on our contact form, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. We will send you a return number which has to be included in your return package.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) with the original packing (if possible).
  4. Mail your returns to the Return Address.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when making a return. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package or to our company’s registered office. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

The Exchanges only processed for damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped.

If you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please report it within 3 days of receiving your item.

We require a copy of your original invoice and photos of the item if damaged or faulty.

Contact Us on the website before return the merchandise to our Return Address. Please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Contact Form.

Instructions will be given by our customer service after receiving your exchange request. Please follow the instructions and provide the original invoice and photos of the defected items.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you an exchange. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available.

HOW AND HOW LONG DO I GET MY REFUND?

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please notice that we are Not responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable.
